ABI Horizon static caravan available as a private sale at Combe Haven Holiday Park, in Hastings, East Sussex.
The caravan is a 2015 model and has 3 bedrooms (8 berth), double glazing and built-in electric heaters. It would make an ideal purchase for anyone with mobility issues, as it is located very close to the main facilities on a flat part of the park, access to the caravan is via a UPVC ramp, and there is a private parking space directly outside. The caravan is sited on the Woodside area of the park which is only 5 minutes walk away from the main entertainment facilities, pools and shop. Itís at the top of the park so getting to the entertainment area is fairly easy, as itís quiet flat in this part of the park.

The price is £16,000 which includes the owner transfer fee, and the buyer will need to make arrangements with the park to pay for 2020 site fees (options include paying in full or via monthly instalments). The park has a 10.5 month season and there are no caravan age limits on this park.

The caravan has a spacious open-plan layout with no tight corridors and lots of floorspace, and laminate flooring by the main entrance. Itís is a good size at 36ft x 12ft, and has a large living area with a corner-sofa (with a pull-out bed beneath), a separate dining area with matching seating, a gas fire, TV unit with lots of storage. Thereís a galley style kitchen with kitchen units on each side, and a gas cooker & hob, under-counter fridge-freezer, and a microwave shelf. There are 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and two with twin singles), each with built-in electric fan heaters and their own wardrobes. Thereís a large family wash-room with a double shower, toilet, heated towel rail and a sink and a handy second toilet.

Combe Haven has some of the best on-park facilities of any park along the south coast, with plenty going on to keep the whole family busy. The park operates a 10.5 month season including Christmas and New Year, and you'll receive 10 owner's passes for friends and family to use the facilities, and will also entitle them to 15% off their on-site spending. There is nightly entertainment in the main complex with a team of FunStars to keep you entertained, alongside regular well-known acts. The park facilities include a 9-hole pitch & putt golf course, heated indoor and outdoor pools with a Space Bowl flume, 24hr security, a newly refurbished owner's lounge (The Saxon Centre with an owner's gym, sauna & jacuzzi), 4 restaurants, amusement arcade, all-weather sports court, indoor & outdoor play areas, roller disco, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. All of these activities are free for owners to use, and there is also an active owners team who organise events. The Owner Services team also run lots of different events throughout the season. You're just 10 minutes from Hastings town centre with the pier, lots of shopping, the Old Town, and lots of seasonal events.
