Available on private sale is our beautiful ABI Ambleside at Allhallows Holiday Park. It's only 2 years old and we've owned it from new, but we're moving to the village and won't be needing it anymore. The park sell equivalent models for about 90,000 so it will be a great bargain for anyone who is looking for a top-spec luxury caravan. It's also sited on an end-pitch of the Central Park area of the park, and has bushes enclosing the garden which makes it nice and private. It also benefits from having mains gas supply and 2 parking spaces.

The caravan itself is a very large 40` x 14` and is fully double glazed with gas central heating. The build quality is excellent, and it is classed as 'residential spec', meaning the insulation is superb. The walls are nice and thick so you won't feel the cold even if you decide to spend Christmas and New Year at the caravan.

The caravan is fitted with a large wraparound decking with glass panels at the front. The largest area faces towards the river, and is private and away from passers-by, so you'll be able to relax in peace. This decking cost us 10,000 but is a great addition to the caravan, and allows us to swing open the patio doors in the summer.

The living area of the caravan is open plan with high ceilings, and lots of windows means it feels very spacious. The lounge features 2 comfortable sofas (one with a pull-out bed), a matching foot-stool, a feature-fireplace, and a TV unit. All the windows have nets and curtains, which are good quality and complement the furniture. There is also a built-in blue-tooth music system with ceiling speakers.

The kitchen is the highlight of the caravan, and features an oven with a 5-burner hob, an extractor, built-in dishwasher, washing machine, and an integrated microwave. The units are built around a central table and chairs, and there is plenty of cupboard space and work tops.

The master bedroom is another exceptional room, with a large flip-up Ottoman bed with a beautiful headboard, an en-suite toilet & shower, a walk-in wardrobe, and a vanity unit. The en-suite and walk-in are located behind the headboard, and are both a good size. There are also some additional storage units, an recess shelf above the bed, and fittings for a wall-mounted TV.
The second bedroom has a full-sized wardrobe, two wide single beds, overhead storage and also has fittings for a TV on the wall. Finally, there is a lovely family washroom with a toilet, sink and a double shower.

The caravan is in excellent condition, and is already vacated and ready to use. The park has no age restriction on caravans, so will suit its new owner for many years, Included in the price will be new gas & electric safety certificates, 2019 site fees, the park`s sale charge, and we'll even leave the metal storage shed worth 500.

Allhallows is a great holiday park, looking over the River Thames estuary towards Southend. It is just 1/2 hour away from the M25, but feels a world away from the busy world. The park has a 9.5 month season (including being open for Christmas and New Year), and is a mostly owners site (90% of caravans are privately owned). There is a real community feel amongst the owners.

The park facilities include a 9-hole golf-course, a fishing lake, heated indoor and outdoor pools, nightly entertainment, a newly refurbished clubhouse, arcades, sports court, 24hr security, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. All of these activities are free for owners to use, and there is also an active owners team who organise events. Allhallows has no caravan age policy, and the caravan is in great condition so will make its new owners happy for many years.
