This luxury caravan is perfect for family holidays or using as a rental Caravan.
It has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin (currently being used as a double, but beds can be separated. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is also additional sleeping in the lounge for a further 2 people on the very comfy sofa bed.
The caravan has mains gas central heating (no need to change bottles!) and double glazing, meaning that it can be used even when the weather outside is cold. Also it is possible for you to have a telephone and internet access at the caravan, however we never got these installed as this was our escape.
The bathroom has a full size shower and little ones can even have a bath if they want, as my grandchildren have done!
The kitchen has a full size cooker, fridge, and microwave. There is plenty of cupboard space.
There is a dining area just off the kitchen with a table and chairs seating 6.
The lounge comfortably seats 8, has a gas fire, a coffee table, a tv cabinet and a display area above the fireplace. There is a door opening out onto the fantastic decking area, where time can be spent sunbathing or barbecueing, enjoying the peace and quiet of the lovely site.
The decking area wraps around the caravan to the front and side. It has gated access onto a patio area, with 2 metal storage sheds (1 with electric socket). There is also a grass area to the side and the front, and private parking for 2 cars.
This caravan has only been used by my family and is in excellent condition.
The Caravan is located on Lincolnshire's premier caravan site, Southview Leisure Park, which is situated 5 minutes from Skegness. The site has many facilities including: an 18 hole golf course, a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, a restaurant, a fishing lake, play areas, a sports bar and an entertainment bar (which has a childrens club), a shop, a hairdressers and a hotel. In fact everything you could need for a fantastic holiday.
Pleas note, annual site fees are not included in the cost of the caravan, they are paid to Southview. The site is opened almost all year through - it only closes between the 1st week in Jan until the 1st week in March.
