SITE FEES
The site fees are currently in the region of £3000 a year and are paid up until the 1st January 2011 the site fees include everything except gas and electricity which are billed quarterly for the electricity and gas as it is required .the site allows sub letting of the caravan so there is a potential to earn in excess of £7500.00 per year in rentals however we have not done this before so the figure is based on what other people have told us.
the sale price is for the caravan and includes the commission charge of 15% plus vat payable to the site owners unless the purchaser wishes to remove the caravan from the site then there would just be disconnection fees. the sale is a private one by ourselves for any interested parties i can arrange a private viewing of the caravan and if a deal can be secured then approaching the site owners to sort out all the formalities.
