With arguably the best pitch on the park, this holiday home offers outstanding panoramic sea views extending from Minehead in the west, across to Barry Island, and east to Burnham. At midsummer, sunset can be observed directly ahead and early-risers can view sunrise from the kitchen window. This elevated pitch at the top of ‘Orchards’ has no neighbouring holiday homes to the rear, the front, or to the left side. A further-elevated lawn directly behind the property, planted with apple trees, provides a perfect, shaded, picnic or sunbathing area.

This 40’ x 12’ two-bedroom 2012 ABI Revelation has an extremely high specification, including triple glazing. It offers a stunning coastal-inspired interior design with lovely, matching fabrics. It is overflowing with practical features such as integrated dishwasher, microwave, twin oven, soft-close drawers, gas hob with electric cooker-hood, large fridge-freezer, a dining table and chairs and a huge front-and-side gated decking area with furniture, parasol, outside lighting and barbeque. The exterior of this holiday home is pale blue with rigid vinyl cladding and the mono-pitched roof allows high level windows that provide a flood of enhanced natural lighting inside.

Further benefits include a piped gas-supply (no cylinders) and cabled television (no aerials). Low-energy bulbs are fitted throughout and there is full gas central heating via a combi-boiler with radiators and TRVs. Two flat screen TVs, a DVD player and an HDD recorder are included. Quality slatted wooden blinds are fitted to all living-area windows and beautiful curtains are fitted to both patio doors and to the bedroom windows.

The large twin-gated deck area, the rear orchard, a variety of local walks and the relative seclusion of the pitch, plus the easy-clean cushion-flooring in the open-plan living area, make this a perfect holiday home for dogs too!

Safety features include smoke and CO detectors as well as a fire extinguisher and escape windows. Park maintenance teams provide statutory annual safety checks.

This wonderful holiday home is for sale only due to a change in circumstances. The home was first occupied in October 2012 and has been used very infrequently by the current owners and their two Chihuahuas. It is in pristine condition, virtually ‘as new’. It will be deep-cleaned prior to sale.

Doniford Bay is an award winning Haven park situated adjacent to The Quantock Hills, just a few miles from Exmoor National Park. The West Somerset Railway can be viewed and heard from Orchards as it steams through Doniford Halt station.
