Atlas Sahara static caravan available for private sale at New Beach Holiday Park, near Dymchurch in Kent.

The caravan is a 2-bedroom (6 berth) model which has been modernised throughout to a lovely standard and has a huge wraparound deck. The price is £25,000 which includes 2020 site fees, the owner-transfer fee, and new gas & electric safety certificates. New Beach runs a long 11.5 month owners season, and is only closed for 2 weeks in February.

The caravan is in superb condition and has recently had all the windows replaced with double glazing, new carpets throughout, new upholstery, new curtains, new mattresses, and a new lounge fire. It’s sited near the entertainment hall and swimming pool.

The caravan has 2 bedrooms and is 32` x 12`. The lounge and kitchen area are open-plan with a pitched ceiling and feels very spacious. The lounge has an L-shaped corner sofa (with storage underneath), fittings for a wall-mounted TV, a coffee table, pitched ceiling, and a large front window. There’s a large kitchen with a gas cooker & hob, a large American style fridge-freezer, and lots of storage space.

The caravan has 2 bedrooms (one double and one single). The master bedroom has access to the toilet/shower room, and comes with a double wardrobe and 2 chest-of-drawers. The single bedroom has been converted into a kids bedroom with a bunk bed and additional storage. It wouldn’t be hard to convert back to twin beds. Finally, there are two toilets and a large double shower.

The decking is very large and cost £8000 two years ago. It is 10ft wide to the front and 6 ft to the side, and get the sun all day and evening. The sale also includes a large Asgard storage shed worth £750.

New Beach Holiday Park is located on the coastal road between Hythe and Dymchurch, and has recently invested £4m into park facilities, including a brand new show-bar and restaurant. There’s also The Neptune pub/carvery which has a more relaxed setting for adults. The park is located directly opposite the sea, and there’s a great sea-wall promenade which stretches for miles. It’s ideal for walking and cycling, and taking in the sea air. The park also has a large indoor heated pool, a climbing wall, an arts & crafts centre, amusement arcade, nightly entertainment, and overnight security.

The seaside resort of Dymchurch is just a mile away, with a regular bus-service outside the park. Dymchurch has a lovely sandy beach, amusement park, and plenty of pubs and cafes. Hythe is the nearest town, with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, and a really great social scene. The summer months provide various organised events, including the week-long Hythe Canal Festival, circus and funfairs, food festivals and boot-fairs. Folkestone also hosts various events, including Folkestone Air Show, vintage car rallies, outdoor music and is the main shopping centre for the area.
