Reason for reluctant sale is due to ill health. Caravan currently sited at Cala Gran Holiday Park, Fleetwood. Caravan has bespoke constructed disabled ramp and terrace. Caravan has never been rented out, and only used for personal use, averaging 2 to 3 times a year (used no more than 4 weeks in a year) since 2003.
