Our caravan is located at Coquet View Holiday Park in the historic village of Warkworth, Northumberland. Warkworth is one of the jewels in the Northumbrian crown, a pretty village, with its own Castle, unspoilt by both modern development and tourism. The main street is one of the finest in the country and reveals interesting shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.
Coquet view holiday park is a privately owned site with stunning scenery , exclusive access to award winning private beach complete with decked area enjoying amazing views over the sand dunes, a tennis court and a childrens play area. The local Golf Club is approx 500yrds and this course also enjoys glorious views over the beach.
The caravan has a Gold Sea view plot and benefits from double glazing and central heating so can be enjoyed all year round except for February when the park is closed, it reopens each March until the end of January.
The views from the veranda of our caravan are stunning and overlook the nature reserve and beautiful coast line. Perfect for enjoying a tranquil evening winding down listening to the sounds of nature.
There is a great feeling of open space within the caravan as the lounge windows are panoramic and the layout is open plan.
The lounge has double fronted patio doors leading out onto the veranda, with free standing 3 piece suite (the sofa converts into a sofa bed), coffee table, TV unit and log effect electric fire. The kitchen has built in oven, fridge, freezer, microwave with ample cupboard space and a dresser. Bedroom 1 has a king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and ensuite washroom. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, wardrobe and cupboard storage. There is a separate power shower and WC. Outside we have a large veranda overlooking the nature reserve and coastline and a Garden Shed is included in the price.
The site has free WIFI access
Rental has been paid up to and including January 2011. Buyers are required to pay the site a one of Administration fee of £1500 upon Purchase of the caravan.
It is with great reluctance that we are selling our caravan, but we have just acquired our own business which unfortunately means we will not have time to spend idyllic weekends away like we have enjoyed for the past 3 years
