Superb quality static caravan with all services (water, electric, gas) located at the “Park Lane Holiday Homes & Country Club” in Meols on the Wirral peninsular. (Merseyside) Details of the site and local attractions can be viewed at www.parklaneholidayhomes.co.uk . The site is open for 10.5 months for full-time residency. It closes on 15th January and reopens on 1st March each year but is open for day visits during this time. The rent/security and rates including VAT is £2.599 pa. as a single payment, there are two other payment options available, twice a year, or 9 x payments of £255.56, total inclusive of VAT is then £2702.50

Beautifully appointed throughout, the caravan consists of:-

A large lounge area with fitted seating (part of which can easily opened out to create a double bed. Also in the lounge is a log effect fire, glass-fronted display units, storage units & glass topped coffee table.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, 4-ring gas hob, oven & grill. A microwave oven is also included. The dining area has a large dining table with 4 chairs.
The bathroom is quite unusual for caravans for apart from the white, close-coupled toilet, hand washbasin, mirrors & storage, it also has a bath.
There are two bedrooms:-
Master bedroom; Full sized double bed, bedside tables & storage cupboards, & dressing table with mirrors. large mirror-fronted double wardrobe with plenty of storage. A 3rd full length mirrored door leads to the lovely en-suite bathroom which contains a toilet, hand washbasin, & a large circular shower unit. Second Bedroom; Contains 2 single beds, dressing table, and wardrobe.
The caravan is fully insulated with double glazing throughout and has full gas-fired central heating.
Outside there is a double door storage unit alongside the twin gas bottles, and a parking area beside the caravan.

There is easy access to Liverpool, Chester, Southport, and all of the Wirral peninsular via. Merseyrail, and Junction 2 of the M53 is 10 minutes away. The North Wales border is approx. 30 minutes drive from the park.
For walking and cycling the “Wirral Way” is just 200 Metres from the Park. The promenade which runs from West Kirby to New Brighton is also the same distance.

The sale price includes the 15% charge which is paid directly to the park on purchase of the caravan as their administration fee. Please note that should the potential purchasers not pass the parks check/interview and are deemed not suitable for the caravan park itself then the sale shall of course be made void.

A “without obligation” viewing can also be arranged at times to suit.
