The caravan has only been used by myself and daughter I chose not to rent it out. It is currently based on a Haven site in filey. The caravan has a master bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom inclusive of toilet and basin. There is a kitchen and dining area with full size gas cooker and a fridge and freezer. The lounge is comfortable size. There are a further 2 bedrooms and another shower room inclusive of toilet and basin. To the external there is a full size decking with ramp pictures can be seen. The caravan will come with all required bedding and quilts etc. There is enough crockery for a service of 8 with additional glasses and cups etc. There is 1 kettle, 1 toaster 1 iorn and board. There is also a portable size tv and dvd player combination included in the sale. There is also an external lockable storage included in the sale. The caravan is fully double glazed and has full central heating. The van also comes with a newly installed alarm system linked directly to the on site security team. Extras: The price is inclusive of any commisions and vat payable to the site.
