The caravan is in very good condition and has full gas central heating and double glazing. It has a centre lounge configuration with three bedrooms.

The main bedroom is at one end and has a standard size double bed, wardrobes, dressing table (with hair dryer) and a full en-suite shower room.

There are two twin bedded bedrooms at the other end along with a separate shower room and a useful storage cupboard which also houses the gas fired combi boiler.

All the beds including the sofa bed will have duvets and pillows.

The lounge area has a "U" shaped seating unit which has a built in sofa bed. This unit was completely recovered three years ago. All the curtains were replaced at the same time.
There is an electric coal effect fan heater set in a fireplace.

The dining area has a free standing table with chairs and stools.

The kitchen has a gas oven/grill/hob with an extractor fan over it. There is a separate under counter fridge and freezer. There is also an electric kettle, toaster and a microwave oven. The caravan is sited on Haven's Church Farm park in Pagham, West Sussex. It is on the coast near to Chichester and Bognor Regis.The pitch is in a quiet part of the park with no through traffic but is only a 5 minute walk from the main complex.
The facilities are what you would expect from a Haven park and include a Restaurant/bar/terrace, Entertainment venue with a bar, Indoor/outdoor swimming pools, Minimarket, Childrens play areas and a 9 hole golf course.
