Here I have a 2006 Pemberton Sovereign. I bought it in september 2006 for temporary accommodation until my house had been adapted. Specifically designed with the needs of wheelchair users in mind, the tailor made features have been carefully integrated into the home to be discreet. Uncluttered design is key, with wide sliding doors and open spaces giving you plenty of room to maneuver. The L-shaped seating arrangement in the living room contains a fold out bed and the fixed seating of the dining area allows for maximum flexibility. Sockets, switches and many appliances are set at a height around the home most suited to wheelchair users, while work surfaces have been lowered in the well equipped galley style kitchen. Bedrooms are spacious and provide optimum accessibility with movable trapeze lift handles in the main bedroom and also contain generous storage space. The shower room features a recessed shower tray and folding seat, plus all the essential support and grab rails you expect, combined with sleek, modern ceramic fixtures. The Sovereign offers all the reassurance of the features you need, without compromising on the style and sophistication you want.
