Due to spending most of our time in France, we're looking to sell our static caravan at Allhallows Leisure Park, near Rochester in Kent. The caravan is a 2016 Swift Loire with 2 bedrooms (6 berth) and is in excellent used condition and is sited on one of the cheapest site fee areas of the park (Thamesmead). It comes with full double glazing and central heating, a professionally fitted air-conditioning unit which is ideal for the summer months, and a metal storage shed worth 500. It also has sea views from the lounge window.

We are looking to sell for 25,000 which includes site fees and rates for the remainder of 2019, new gas & electric safety certificates, and the owner transfer fee that the park charges for private sales. The park are currently advertising the new version for 43,000 so we feel our price is a great deal for someone. The caravan is a 2016 model, and Allhallows has no age policy for the caravans so you can keep it for as long as you want.

The caravan is a good size, being 35ft x 12ft. It has a large open-plan living area with built-in seating, a electric fire, large TV display cabinet. The kitchen is a good size and comes with a gas cooker & hob (with an extractor), an under-counter fridge, sink, and plenty of storage cupboards. There's also a dining table with bench seating. There are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, and one with twin singles). The master bedroom comes with an en-suite toilet and plenty of room around the bed, a dressing table, and lots of wardrobes and storage. space. There's a large family washroom with a toilet, sink and double shower.

The caravan is sited on the Thamesmead area of the park, which is near to the park's golf course. It's one of the cheapest areas of the park for site fees (about 3800 per year), and is a nice and quiet area. The main entertainment facilities are about 10 minutes walk away, but the Owner's Retreat is just 200m away. This area of the park has no holiday-maker caravans and a lot of our neighbours have families. It's also on a corner pitch with parking for four cars, and nearby there is access to the farmer's fields so dog owners will be able to let the dog off the lead.

Allhallows is a great holiday park, looking over the River Thames estuary towards Southend. It is just 1/2 hour away from the M25, but feels a world away from the busy world. The park has a 9.5 month season (including being open for Christmas and New Year), and is a mostly owners site (around 90% of caravans are privately owned). There is a real community feel amongst the owners.

The park facilities include a 9-hole golf-course, a fishing lake, heated indoor and outdoor pools, nightly entertainment, a newly refurbished clubhouse, arcades, sports court, 24hr security, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. All of these activities are free for owners to use, and there is also an active owners team who organise events. The park also has an Owner's Retreat which hosts owner events, and offers different entertainment for adults.
