The Caravan is located at Haven's Devon Cliffs Holiday Park near Exmouth, Devon which has a vast array of sports and leisure activities and its own access to a sandy beach.
It occupies a quiet, spacious corner site in an elevated location on the park with views of both coast and countryside.
Its siting is such that it benefits from having significant grassed areas to the front and back and both sides with low hedges to front and one side. It has its own exclusive tarmacadam parking space.
General Features
In this well maintained open plan holiday home the main living space benefits from generous amounts of lounge and dining seating and plentiful storage space. Three bedrooms and an occasional bed feature in the lounge enables it to sleep 8 people. There is a large externally accessed rear storage facility ideal for keeping bikes, patio furniture, barbeques etc. The windows are single glazed. The heating comprises an electric fire in the lounge and blown air plinth heaters in the 3 bedrooms. It enjoys metered gas and electricity supplies.
Lounge and Dinning Area
Features in the carpeted lounge include a modern electric fire, TV, and framed wall art which, with the wrap around seating, creates a warm homely feel. This fixed seating includes a fold out occasional double bed. There is fixed dinette seating with matching stools and free standing dinning table.
Kitchen
The soft cream and brown tones of the lounge are carried through to the practical kitchen space which has laminate style vinyl flooring and metallic window blinds. Extra work surface acts as a natural room divide. The kitchen has a gas cooker with electric ignition and glass splashback, stainless steel sink, fridge, microwave, ample worktops and cupboard spaces. It comes complete with electric kettle, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
Bedrooms (3)
All three bedrooms are carpeted with curtain poles and plush curtains. All have wardrobes/cupboards and blown air plinth heaters. The main bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds; all with pillows and duvets.
Shower room
Within the seamless shower cubicle there is a thermostatic chrome effect shower with extractor fan. The shower room also has a WC and WHB together with a heated towel rail. The room has laminate style vinyl flooring and metallic window blinds.
2nd WC
The holiday home benefits from a separate second toilet and wash hand basin with laminate style vinyl flooring and metallic window blinds.
Extras: The sale price of £24,000 includes site fees, rates, etc. for the whole of the 2014 season.
