This caravan has full double glazing with gas central heating. Packed with storage solutions like hydraulic action main bed, under seat storage in the lounge and dining areas, and an ironing board that unfolds from the top kitchen drawer. It's open plan, but the kitchen is hidden from the lounge seating, there's proper doors, with one that closes off the bedroom end. There's a fridge freezer, in case you here for a while, and a circular dining area, which can be used as additional lounge seating when you're entertaining. There's an extractor cooker hood, and a pitched roof, for that feeling of space.
Situated on the best park in the south of England, in the quietest part of the park, with it's own parking bay and patio. It's close to the river path with leads through the filsham reed bed, perfect for dog walking or just discovering rare wild life on a peaceful walk.
The Park facilities include Owners exclusive health club, with resident beauty therapist, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and air conditioned gym. The swimming area has been total re-vamped this winter to give a very nice indoor and outdoor swimming area and exciting outdoor action slide. There are owners exclusive swims and many owners only events to keep you busy.
Several Millions of pounds have been invested in this park over the last few years and there is more to come.
This is a lovely caravan which has been exclusively used by family only, no previous letting.
We are reluctantly selling as my Grandma is now too old to travel from London and use the caravan on a regular basis.
