This caravan is sited on a well maintained family site in St Osyth, near Clacton-on-Sea. Site fees have been paid to January 09. The site is on the beach and has a great swimming pool with slide, an all-purpose sports area and playground for smaller children. The clubhouse puts on varied entertainment throughout the summer, including kids club entertainment, and adult entertainment in the evening. Staff are all very friendly. This site is open all but 6 weeks of the year.

This lovely Willerby Granada caravan is really the rolls royce of caravans. The upholstery is luxurious and has been done to a high specification throughout. The front room has an all-round sofa with integral sofa bed and a good gas fire which makes it cosy even in the colder months. It has a dining table with integral upholstered seating plus a stool. The kitchen has a very nice cooker with splashback and hood, and plenty of storage space. There is a brand new fridge. The main bedroom is very roomy with wardrobes on either side of the bed and a vanity unit. It has an en-suite bathroom with shower unit. The second bedroom is complete with 2 single beds.

This caravan is 10 years old but has been well looked after and has plenty more life left. It has recently been fitted with new carpets throughout and a new fridge. It is well insulated so the gas fire is all that is needed in the colder months and it is fitted with the Ramtech alarm system for when it is not in use. It has a concreted area outside ready for a storage shed to be placed.
