Willerby Vacation 38 x 12 x 2 Bed 2008 CL Model RC19 with large wood deck.
This is a special centre lounge version of Willerby’s popular Vacation model with gas fire, electric panel heaters and two showers. Recently installed double glazing and new skirting. Main door into light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Lounge with upholstered L shaped seating incorporating a pull out sofa bed. Matching smaller L shaped fixed seating. Wall mounted gas fire. Tv cabinet with additional storage. The gas water heater is in a large full height cupboard in the corner of the lounge. The functional kitchen with brand new vinyl flooring has an inset stainless steel sink, gas cooker (separate grill) and hob with illuminated extractor hood. The previous owner has left a modern free standing Frigidaire fridge freezer, and a Hotpoint washing machine. (The washing machine is not covered by our standard guarantee). Excellent storage and worktop space including a wine rack and space for a microwave. Table and chairs. Door to vinyl floored inner hall with a useful fixed shelf unit and coat hooks, door to the spacious master bedroom. Double bed with replacement quality memory foam mattress, two double wardrobes, a three drawer dressing table, two bed side cabinets, over bed storage and matching wood headboard. For 2019 card holders also benefit from 10% discount on tickets at the Princess Theatre in Hunstanton.
Wireless internet is available and is discounted if owners subscribe. (Free in La Piazza and Country Club).
