Very good general condition (see below) non smokers, no pets.
Not used for last two seasons. Always left with background heating connected over winter. No damp present. All in all, a very good Caravan. Underside and Chassis waxoyl treated.
Note there is damage to the shower tray caused when an item fell from bathroom cupboard whilst in transit cracking shower tray. Slight cosmetic damage to wood effect side panel also. See Pictures
