Beautiful 4 berth, twin wheeled caravan in immaculate condition. The caravan has a central double bedroom with the main living area having the option of two single beds or opening out into a second double bed.
The main living area has a small slide-out table which can be supplemented by the foldaway table providing ample table space for meals. There are storage cupboards above and below the seating area and lighting is provided by fluorescent ceiling and individual halogen reading lights. A large skylight allows plenty of natural light in and this can be opened up either by tilt or sliding mechanism. A flysheet and blind is fitted as standard on this and the other three skylights in caravan, The main door also has a blind and a sliding window. One of the cupboards houses a fitted CD/Radio which is linked to stereo speakers situated in the corner shelved areas at front.
The kitchen area has an integral oven, grill and 4 burner hob with glass hinged lid, a large stainless steel sink with drip tray and hinged glass lid, plus a large fridge with decent sized integral freezer (not on of those pokey small ones!). The fridge can be run from electric, gas, or battery (for use while towing). There are storage cupboards above and below the kitchen area with one of the cupboards kitted out with mains for housing a microwave.
Separating the main area from the central bedroom is a foldaway door and a foldaway worktop with a convenient storage area above it designed to house TV equipment. There are sliding doors on both sides of this unit allowing TV to be viewed either from main living area or the central bedroom (by simply standing the TV on a swivel base). Mains and TV connections are located in this storage area allowing TV to be connected to the fixed roof Arial.
The central bedroom has a double bed which can be folded up to gain access to large under bed storage area. This area is also accessible by a door in the side panel of the bed. There are two large mirrors above a storage cupboard with vanity lighting providing a “dressing table” facility. The bed has two halogen reading lights and the whole area is also covered by a fluorescent roof light. This area also has a large skylight with flysheet and blind fitted. A number of storage cupboards are located in this area.
The bathroom is located to the rear of the caravan and consists of a swivel toilet with flush tank, a sink with vanity unit, large mirrors around sink, plus a full size circular shower unit with clear sliding door. The lighting is provided by fluorescent roof light and halogen spotlights. There is a “smoked” window plus a skylight, both with flysheet and blinds.
The caravan is heated by a choice of electric blow-air (which directs heat throughout caravan), electric fire, or gas heated fire. A thermostat is provided for temperature control. Laminate flooring is fitted throughout with removable carpets in all areas.
A key operated alarm is fitted and an Alko hitchlock, and Bulldog Titan wheel lock are included in the price. Also included are two gas bottles, fresh and waste water containers, mains hook-up cable and 12V battery.
The caravan is CHRIS registered and is still under manufacturer’s warranty. It has only had one owner (me!) and has rarely been used. |
