Owned since 2010 the caravan is perfect for family weekend and holidays. With separate table/sleeping area and dividing door giving privacy.

A light van it tows very well and has built-in gas hob and oven with grill, fridge (electric or gas), sink with hot water, built in shower room with toilet, wardrobe, central heating (gas or electric), mains power connection and leisure battery also an aerial booster and outlet plus alarm.

There are two gas cylinders fitted and a spare wheel. The van comes with waste container and water container with adapter pipes and piping for hook up to mains water and waste so is ready to use.

The caravanis in great condition and has very recently been serviced (report available) Both running tyres are brand new (Invoice available).

There is an option to purchase the lightweight awning which comes with matting and is just over half the caravan length, it is easy to erect and so extremely functional for those touring holidays or weekends.

When in storage the caravan is normally covered, there is a small tear in the cover due to catching on a roof vent.
