Almost everything you need to hitch up and go - all you need is a gas bottle (available from most fuel garages).
This caravan has two long seats at the front which will sit 6 adults and includes a detachable table. These seats turn into a sizable double bed. There is a dinette at the rear of the caravan with a table which turns into two single (bunk) beds - I have just installed new curtains to separate the bunk area from the rest of the caravan. The awning extension will sleep another two people. There is a gas powered heater which is absolutely fantastic - heats the caravan up in no time. The bathroom contains a working cassette toilet, shower, sink and cabinet. The kitchenette has a sink and drainer, oven, hob and separate grill, extendable workspace and a fridge/freezer - all working perfectly. The fridge/freezer can run off of electric or gas. There is one nice sized cupboard to hang clothes and lots of cupboards lining the whole caravan and pleanty of cubbyholes. There are three mirrors in the caravan - one long mirror in the main area and a small mirror on the bathroom cabinet and a long mirror in the bathroom.
There are two main strip lights on the ceiling of the caravan, one strip light over the kitchen area, an awning light, bathroom light and two reading lights (one of the reading lights doesn't have a bulb in at the moment but I will try and get hold of one before the auction ends).
The taps and shower are pumped automatically and carry hot and cold water.
The interior cushions are in a lovely condition and I have recently lined all the curtains (apart from the back window). The kitchen window, door and sunroof has blackout blinds. The carpet is in a lovely clean condition. Cupboard space is ample.
The awning is in lovely condition although it has some small marks on the roof. From memory the sleeping extension has a small hole on the botton corner just where the poles touch the ground.
The external locker is lockable by a padlock (supplied).
Two new tyres were put on the caravan last year and there is also a spare tyre. The running gear has been recently serviced too.
The caravan exterior has been waxed in June of this year which makes it very easy to wash any dirt off. This caravan has been well loved and we have only just come back from holiday in it - we would love to see it go to another home rather than a caravan breakers yard where the caravan dealer has said it will go if we trade it in.
There are pleanty more years left in the girl and we will really miss this van - our baby boy (15 months old) has had a great time playing boo with other caravaners out the back window and has given us lots to laugh about and lots to smile and we would love for someone else to have the same joy.
We're selling as we've just purchased a newer/bigger caravan.
