The extras I am selling with the van;
Full size Sunncamp Prestige Awning (blue) with alloy poles and groundsheet, used only 3 times. Bulldog wheelclamp and hitchlock. Fiamma folding double alloy step, gas BBQ, mains lead, aqua roll and wastemaster, waste-pipes, gas cylinder, whale water pump and lots of other bits and bobs. These alone would cost you over £1000 new.
