ALDE hot water system with wet radiator system which is thermostatically controlled, ideal for permanent living in the U.K. or in the sunnier climes of Spain/ Portugal (not used by us for this purpose) but would be very comfortable for two people. Has been used only for 2/3 weeks each year, unused since September 2006, prior to this outing the Alde unit was serviced. Recently checked all systems and appliances which are in full working order. The caravan has been weighed recently and is 1480kg with the two leisure batteries. so add gas bottles, food and personal items expect around 1700 kg. Included is a BigFoot mover and water containers. There is available an Isabella Ambassador awning only used twice which was purchased 4/5 years ago new at £1260 with IXL poles; priced at £600.
It is stored off junction 12 M6 near Penkridge on the A5.
