Private sale ABI Oakley 2017 static caravan at Havenís Allhallows Holiday Park, near Rochester in Kent.

The caravan is a 3-bedroom (8 berth) model with double glazing and central heating, and is in immaculate used condition. It is priced at £27,500 which includes the park's private sale fee, and the buyer will also need to arrange payment of the 2020 site fees (options include paying by instalments). There are no age limits for caravans at Allhallows so the caravan can stay as long as you want. The park has a 9.5 month season, being closed for the first 2 weeks of December, then January and February.

The caravan has had very little use and has no marks anywhere. Itís a good size at 38ft x 12ft, and has a large open-plan living area with a pitched ceiling and a big bay window with river views. The lounge has a built-in corner sofa (with a pull-out sofa bed), an electric fire with a TV shelf above, a built-in music system, a coffee table, and lots of floor-space. Thereís a separate dining area with 4 chairs, and a large kitchen area with a gas-cooker and hob (with an extractor), a full-size integrated fridge & freezer, and lots of cupboards and work-space.

There a 3 bedrooms (a double and two twin singles). The master bedroom is a great size and comes with a double-wardrobe, bedside cabinets, overhead lockers, a dressing table, and an en-suite toilet. The two twin rooms each come with their own wardrobe. Thereís also a family wash-room with a double shower, toilet and sink.

The caravan is sited on the Sea Reach area of the park which is a cul-de-sac and has views over the River Thames. This area of the park is mainly owners, and there isnít any passing traffic so is ideal for youngsters. Itís about 5 minutes walk to the parkís golf course, and 10 minutes walk to the entertainment complex. Thereís also a pathway nearby that leads to the farmerís fields which is ideal for dog owners.

Allhallows is a great holiday park, looking over the River Thames estuary towards Southend. It is just 1/2 hour away from the M25, but feels like a real countryside location. The park has a 9.5 month season (including being open for Christmas and New Year), and is a mostly owners site (90% of caravans are privately owned). There is a real community feel amongst the owners.

The park facilities include a 9-hole golf-course, a fishing lake, heated indoor and outdoor pools, nightly entertainment, a newly refurbished clubhouse, arcades, sports court, 24hr security, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. All of these activities are free for owners to use, and there is also an active owners team who organise events. Allhallows has no caravan age policy, and the caravan is in great condition so will make its new owners happy for many years.
