Situated on the North side of the park with views to the Farmers field North of us. This lovely well-looked after caravan represents truly great value for money. The caravan will have no onsite resale value after the end of 2025 but you can keep on using and we might ask for the exterior to be cleaned etc in order to keep looking in line with the newer caravans on the park (the oldest in usage is from 1987 currently!). One separate double bedroom, one separate twin bedroom with beds that can be moved to make a second double, and a fold-out double in the living room meaning that you can accommodate up to six persons. The furniture and fittings are of the really high standard that you associate with Atlas caravans and the owner has had laminate flooring fitted throughout making it extra easy to clean. The kitchen has a Spinflo Enigma hob and oven; a Morco gas water heater and aluminium sink and drainer. A split undercounter fridge freezer gives storage for a good amount of food. The shower room has a ceramic toilet and basin. The kitchen and living room are joined giving an airy feel to the whole internal area.

Really easy access to the South Downs National Park & Worthing, Brighton, Chichester & all the local towns. Large recreational field. No pets. Long opening season Mar 1st - Jan 7th. Park has a launderette and games room plus unisex disabled toilet facilities.
