On the South side of the park, this great holiday caravan has had it's living area built in furniture removed and now has a table, chairs and a seatee/sofa bed installed. This caravan will NOT have an onsite resale value after the end of 2025 (hence the extremely low purchase price) but you can still use each year going forward (our oldest caravan onsite at the moment goes back to 1987!) - we might ask for the caravan a-frame to be painted or exterior cleaned in order to keep in looking with our newer caravans. The park extends over 8.25 acres with 120 caravans; play area including swings & sandpit (and brand new climbing frame for 2024!). Really easy access to the South Downs National Park & Worthing, Brighton, Chichester & all the local towns. Large recreational field. No pets. Long opening season Mar 1st - Jan 7th. Park has a launderette and games room plus unisex disabled toilet facilities.
