Family-owned and managed and ideally located within walking distance of the quaint village of Morland which includes: café/restaurant/shop and village pub. The Lake District is right on the doorstep - with Ullswater and Haweswater only a short drive away.
The Park is a great base to enjoy walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding, water sports, birdwatching etc, Indoor attractions include The World of Beatrix Potter, historic houses and National Trust properties.
There are many interesting walks to discover. A leisurely stroll from the Park to the Lyvennet River, or Morland Beck offers a taste of the natural beauty that Cumbria has to offer. And Morland's 11C St. Lawrence's Church with its Saxon Tower is well worth a visit.
