Luxury static caravan available for private sale at Combe Haven Holiday Park in Hastings, East Sussex.

The caravan is a Swift Moselle 2013 which is a 3-bedroom (8-berth) model with double glazing, central heating, and front-opening patio doors with access to a decking area. The park runs a 10.5 month season, and has no age policy for the caravans so you can keep it on site for as long as you want. It’s in great condition throughout and is sited at the top of the park near the main entertainment area and pools, so would make an ideal location for a family. There are lovely countryside views from the decking.

The seller has owned it from new and originally paid £60,000, and is looking for a quick sale at £37,500 which includes site fees for the remainder of 2021, new gas & electric safety certificates, and the owner transfer fee. A similar model from the park would be at least £10,000 more. The owner is leaving an Asgard storage shed worth £500, 2 TVs, and the original inventory including pots & pans, kettle, toaster and crockery. Please note that the fridge-freezer will need replacing, but can be ordered through the park.

The caravan has an open-plan layout in the main living area. The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa (with a pull-out sofa-bed), a gas fire with a TV fitted above, storage cupboards, and a coffee table with 2 stowaway stools. There are a set of front-opening patio doors which lead onto the decking. The kitchen is a very good size and it is built around a large dining table. The kitchen comes with a full-size integrated fridge-freezer, a gas cooker & hob (with extractor), a free-standing table with 4 chairs, and lots of storage cupboards and plenty of work-space. Being open-plan means you aren't away from the family if you're preparing a meal.

The caravan has three large bedrooms (one double and 2 twins). The master bedroom is the full width of the caravan and has lots of floor-space and storage, and comes with an Ottoman style storage bed, an en-suite toilet, a large double-wardrobes, a large dressing table, bedside cabinets, and overhead lockers. The twin rooms each have 2 single beds, a wardrobe, and overhead storage lockers. Finally, there's a family wash-room with a double-shower, toilet and sink.

Combe Haven has some of the best on-park facilities of any park along the south coast, with plenty going on to keep the whole family busy. The park operates a 10.5 month season including Christmas and New Year, and you'll receive 10 owner's passes for friends and family to use the facilities, and will also entitle them to 15% off onsite spending. There is nightly entertainment in the main complex with a team of FunStars to keep you entertained, alongside regular well-known acts. The park facilities include a 9-hole pitch & putt golf course, heated indoor and outdoor pools with a Space Bowl flume, 24hr security, a newly refurbished owner's lounge (The Saxon Centre with an owner's gym, sauna & jacuzzi), 4 restaurants, amusement arcade, all-weather sports court, indoor & outdoor play areas, roller disco, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. You're just 10 minutes from Hastings town centre with the pier, lots of shopping, the Old Town, and lots of seasonal events.
