Some bad points
There is an awning scuff/wear mark on the door side along with some other small scratches on the outside, The tow hitch cover has a few scuffs and cracks. Also the front windows are a bit pitted and scatched. There is also normal wear and tear internaly for a van of this age. All the electrics, heating, cooker and fridge work perfectly. There is a small soft spot about 15cm square in the rear washroom corner cupboard caused by a leaking seal which was caught early and repaired sevaral years ago (it was done before the last owners had it (2007). The front locker is missing a gas strut. Some cracking to the washroom basin and tap (normal with wale elite taps, I'll look out for a spare). All in all it is a tidy van for its year.
