ACE Touring Caravans

Find ACE caravans

Ace Caravans were first launched in 1962. In 1972 Ace and Belmont caravans merged to form ABI, based in Hull. In 2001 ABI caravans sold the Ace brand to Swift Leisure who continued to make Ace touring caravans and also started building Ace Motorhomes, In 2008 Swift Leisure decided to discontinue the Ace. However, the Ace range was re-launched in 2013 by Wandahome South Cave.

Secondhand Ace caravans and motorhomes are still very popular models today and can often been seen touring. The secondhand market is strong with prices in the region of £8000-9000 for 2008 models.

Wandahome are planning to launch several new Ace models in 2013 with 7 different layouts.

“Caravan history has evolved greatly and, new for 2013, we are proud to launch the Ace with 7 different layouts, produced by Swift in the UK’s largest touring caravan manufacturing plant.” Steven Burnley, Director of Wandahome.

The new 2013 Ace models are the Ace Prestige, Ace Courier, Ace Statesman, Ace Viceroy, Ace Globetrotter, Ace Envoy and Ace Ambassador. These offer between 2 and 6 berths.
