Rapido is a French caravan builder (Caravane Rapido) who started building caravans in the 1960s. They are most famous for their folding and pop-top caravans. These caravans are compact and are very easy to tow. Today Rapido only build motorhomes under the Esterel brand, which they purchased in the 1990s.

Rapido caravans were very popular throughout the 1970s and 1980s. They were never considered to be much more than an alternative to a family tent. In fact, many were only 2 berth, so not even big enough for a small family. The last Rapido folding caravan was made in 1990. They continued to make pop-top caravans, the Club 32T was a popular model in 1992. Although they started to focus on their low-slung motorhomes, Rapido carried on building caravans throughout the 1990s. The CLUB 44 was built in 1998. The last of the Rapido Club caravans was built in 2002. The Rapido Club 42 was the largest Rapido Pop-Top caravan built and was fitted out to a high quality.

There are two owners clubs for Rapido, the Original Radipo Owners Club, and The Rapido Caravan Club, which is sponsored by Wokingham Motorhomes.
