It is designed to fit caravans with a rail attachment height between 236 and 250cm.
The Varkala 280 features just 3 main inflatable beams each of which takes a matter of 60 seconds to inflate. There's also additional internal front and roof 'bracing' beams that come as standard.
There are two front, roll-to-the-side doorways on the Varkala 280 plus two additional roll-to-the-side side doors both of which also have the added benefit of overhead covers. None of the doorways are 'step-in' doorways which helps enormously with wheel chair access or bike storage access.
Each or the doors features a large Diamond Clear PVC window plus there are additional windows on each side wall. All of these windows feature internal zip-down curtains which allow you to regulate the amount of daylight/privacy you require. There's also a useful storage pocket for each curtain when fully opened.
The flysheet fabric is a high quality 420D Ripstop Polyester with high tear resistance, high UV resistance and offers 6000mm hydrostatic head waterproof protection. There's also a durable mud valance around the exterior base of the flysheet for draught prevention and easy cleaning.
Vango AirBeam technology means that awnings are now quicker than ever to pitch - simply attach the awning to your rail, peg out each corner of the awning in place and then inflate the AirBeam inflatable inner tubes with the Vango AirBeam pump (supplied). Then simply insert the bracing beams, peg out the guys and you are done.
