We have decided to sell our beautiful holiday home on the lovely 5 star Malvern View Country and Leisure Park just outside the market town of Bromyard at the bottom of the stunning Malvern Hills in Herefordshire. The park is open 365 days of the year, is pet friendly, and the site fees of £3445 p.a. are included in the price up to the end of the year.
THE HOLIDAY HOME
The caravan is a ABI Alderley. A very spacious 6 berth, which is 36ft long by 12ft wide with 2 bedrooms and in as new condition. We are just the second owner of the van. The previous owners had hardly used it, which accounts for the superb condition the van is in.
The front living area has a open plan aspect consisting of lounge, kitchen and dining area. The twin settees are free standing with an electric fire to supplement the gas central heating system in the lounge area. The dining area consists of a free standing table and four chairs. The kitchen is a lovely area with all the mod cons that you would expect including microwave, a large fridge freezer and ample storage space. Off the hallway from the kitchen is a twin bedded room on the left, with the main bathroom on the right with a spacious full size shower and extractor fan, leading down to the main bedroom which includes a king size bed, ample wardrobe and drawer storage space and an en-suite bathroom consisting of Wc, wash hand basin, another extractor fan, and also the central heating boiler contained within a cupboard in the en-suite.
THE PARK
The park is situated in the small hamlet of Stanford Bishop which is just a couple of miles from the beautiful market town of Bromyard at the foot of the Malvern Hills, and is also open for 365 days of the year, which is quite unique compared to other parks. The park really is superb consisting of over a hundred acres of spectacular farm land with lovely walking trails, a terrific herd of red dear which can be hand fed, three fishing lakes for varying abilities which have also just been restocked. The one aspect of the park which we love is The Old Barnhouse which is a totally restored old barn (believe it or not) with a bar and restaurant where they serve superb meals and drinks. There is also a huge fully enclosed children’s adventure play area in the back garden of which the zip wire has to be the main attraction. They also hold various social activities in The Old Barnhouse which are very popular.
The park really does make a superb getaway whether it’s to escape the hustle and bustle or enjoy a busy activity weekend.
