One separate double bedded room with wardrobe and TV; one twin bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe storage. Shower room with shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen includes cutlery, pots & pans, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, small electric kettle and microwave; full size cooker with four hobs, grill and single cavity oven. The low price reflects the amended layout and also that the caravan only has an onsale resale value until the end of this year (you can keep on using for years - our oldest onsite goes back to 1988!). Great starter unit. Extras: Brookside has been owned by the same family since 1962 & prides itself on the personal touch. We are mid-point between Seaside Littlehampton & historic Arundel in Lyminster. The park extends over 8.25 acres with 120 caravans; play area including swings & sandpit (and brand new climbing frame for 2024!). Really easy access to the South Downs National Park & Worthing, Brighton, Chichester & all the local towns. Large recreational field. No pets. Long opening season Mar 1st - Jan 7th. Park has a launderette and games room plus unisex disabled toilet facilities.
