The Willerby Clearwater is a stunning lodge holiday home which at 20ft wide and 40ft long, gives you huge amounts of space for all the family to enjoy. That's including the large decking that extends the living space even further, ideal for enjoying the summer sun or alfresco dining! It is now at a reduced price too, with a saving of £10,000 to be had on the lodge.
The 'double-unit' Clearwater has two freestanding sofas, one armchair, comfortable footstool and coffee table in the living room. Along with an electric fire, and space for your TV too. It's perfect for relaxing in the evening, or just watching some TV on a morning. The space of the living areas, compared with a standard holiday home is vast.
The dining table is free standing with high back leather chairs, set in front of the large windows which look out over one of the lakes on the Green Acres and Lake View development.
The kitchen is U-shaped with appliances galore, ensuring your holiday is never hard work. The integrated dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave and fridge-freezer ensure you have everything you need in the kitchen, coupled with the oven and gas hob cooker with over-head extractor, all with lots of worktop and cupboard space which is modern, glossy and sophisticated.
The bedrooms comprise of one master room and two twin rooms. The master room has a large walk-in wardrobe which leads through to an en-suite shower room, with WC and wash basin too. The twin room has two tall wardrobes with a dressing table in between.
The family bathroom has a shower, WC and wash basin, finished to a stunningly high standard.
