Here we have our parents 2 berth touring caravan - it was purchased from new and is in a great condition. It has been serviced 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2020 and has only used a handful of times. Due to their age, they have sadly decided to retire from touring ...... the condition inside is immaculate!
The caravan comes well equipped modern interior on the Sport model, with truma air heating, gas & electric hot water, gas & electric hob, gas oven & grill, solar panel with plenty of cupboard space. This model has a large rear washroom with toilet, hand basin & contained shower - great if you want to keep yourself contained during the pandemic. We own our own 6 berth and this washroom is bigger than ours! It also has a large double wardrobe with TV aerial adjustment accessible from within.
The front bench seats double up as 2 single beds or can be converted to a double bed with the in-built pull-out bed slats. There are 4 reading lights above the seats and the front table pulls out to extend for keeping the glass of wine close to you. In addition to this pull-out, there is a full size dining table that can be placed between the seats or used in the awning for dining.
The caravan will come with a gas bottle, mains hook-up, jack, spare wheel & step. It also has a single axle powered motor mover (although I am able to move it on my own its so light). The battery has been replaced. It tows beautifully and comes equipped with an Alko hitch stabliser to prevent snaking and ATC braking control - the caravan has the modern 13 pin single connector.
It has everything to get you going.
Security - the van will be supplied with a Strong-hold SOLD SECURE hitch lock and FULL STOP Nemisis Wheel lock - the Nemisis are one of the easiest wheel locks to fit and its done in seconds (no matter which position the wheel is in!) and is recognized for insurance purposes
Covers - it will be supplied with a full winter cover and front travel cover to keep it in great condition
An air awning is available and can be supplied (value - £300+ second hand) - it does need a small repair to one of the bladders as it deflated slightly after 24hrs/48hrs on its last outing - it is a Kampa Rally awning (390 I believe) but will get you going if you don't already have one. Supplied with air hand-pump. I have a repair kit for it but not had chance to inflate it and track down the issue.
Starter package available - If you are a first time caravanner, we potentially have everything you need to start. From water caddy, waste hog, car touring mirrors, kettle, toaster, lighting, cutlery, plates, dishes and even a TV - a price can be agreed for the whole package.
Negative - there are the odd age related mark on it but to my knowledge, there is only one thing to point out - there are 2 small mark/dents in the side panel - this is visible in the photos - the caravan has been priced to take this into consideration and have reduced the asking price (£12,995) by £250, so please do not try to barter on this - thank you.
Get yourself a cracking package to holiday in the UK but be quick as we know this wont be around long. Please note, we wont be accepting offers at this stage as the current marketplace is very vibrant.
We have the caravan in storage in Cardiff and can be brought out for viewing with a few hours notice
Collection of the caravan can be done from our property which is 2 mins from J.30 Cardiff Gate - payment will need to have cleared prior to any collection. We could potentially help with delivery if within a 20 mile radius of Cardiff
